Please note that this is NOT my main job, I will do my best to maintain good turnaround times, however my main job/schooling comes first and may interfere with this. I will keep you updated if my initial time estimates have changed due to this. You also cannot pay me to go faster/neglect my school/work to finish your piece. If you are unhappy with an estimated turnaround time, the time progressed so far on your piece, or an updated turnaround time that is extended due to circumstances with my main job, then please communicate with me about this.Under NO circumstances do I allow my art to be used for: NFTs, AI Art, Hate Speech

Commissions will be paid via a PayPal invoice.
Please contact me and discuss the details of the commission ahead of time.When commissioning provide image references when possible. This can range from a pose, a clothing style, or a specific characters reference sheet. I need to be able to visualize between the images and the descriptions you provide what you are looking for. If I feel I cannot provide what you are looking for I will not take the commission.

If I take your commission request you must pay the PayPal invoice before I begin working. After this I will begin working on a sketch of the request (in the case of multiple emotes I will sketch them all) and send them to you for confirmation.
During the sketch phase you may request one major change or up to 3 minor changes.
After sketching I will provide linework and basic coloring, where you may request up to 3 minor changes.
After linework/basic coloring I will begin rendering the piece (if part of the commission), and send to you for final confirmation. You may request up to 3 minor changes at this point before the piece is finalized.If at any point you request me to scrap the piece and begin working on something entirely different I will cancel your commission. Make sure you know what you want ahead of time.I will be paid for my time, once a sketch has been produced you will no longer be eligible for a 100% refund. Depending on the progress of the piece I will refund differing amounts.
Sketch - 80% refund
Linework + Base coloring - 50% refund
Mid-rendering - 20% refund
Final - 0%

By commissioning me you may:
post my artwork on your social medias with credit to me
utilize the art piece as a pfp/banner with credit to me
if you intend to make money with my art then you must pay commercial rights - you must discuss this with me before paying the commission

By commissioning me you acknowledge that I may:
post your piece to my social medias for promotion
stream my art process of your piece - you may request pieces that are gifts/dependent on an unreleased design be un-streamable

Commercial Commissions

Commercial commissions are those in which you plan to utilize my art piece for monetary gain. This includes:
a VTuber/pngtuber design, emotes, an artwork being utilized as a screen during a stream, an artwork being utilized for a website, an artwork that is being sold as/on a physical good (ex. selling my art as a print), an art piece that is being sold as a digital good through your service (ex. selling your audio/video with my art bundled together)If you are unsure whether your use case commercial or not then please communicate with me.Commercial pieces will command a price increase of +50% with the exception of emotes, which have this included in the price.

Rules of the Road

Here are a list of things I will/will not draw

Do not try to pay me extra to accept a piece that falls within the will not draw list. Also do not commission me and then ask to incorporate something from the will not draw list as a major change during the sketch phase.If you request art of something I am not particularly skilled in I will let you know (ex. I do better drawing female characters than male characters). If I think I cannot draw your request to an acceptable level I will not take the commission. Otherwise, if I state this to you it may impact the turnaround time of the art piece to ensure quality of the artwork.Do not come to me asking for a trade of goods for art. I will only conduct art trades with close friends.
